Surgemony V: seemefeelmetouchmehealme is the fifth installation in a series of performances which explore the nature of intimacy, longing and the alienation from one’s own body often experienced within gender transition.

In this latest installation of Surgemony, one performer is be bound and blindfolded, unable to touch others or themselves, while the other intensely explores the boundaries where spirit meets flesh within their own transitioning body.

“Surgemony V" debuted in 2009 at Lewis and Clark Gender Symposium in Portland, Oregon USA and Confounding Expectations: Collaborative Acts Calgary, Alberta Canada
